Gill Auto Glass Ltd. ("we," "us") runs this website to answer questions and provide free auto glass quotes for drivers in Saskatoon and surrounding areas. We collect as little personal information as we can, and we only use it to get back to you.
What we collect
The quote form on this site asks for:
- Your name and phone number — so we can reply with your quote.
- Your email address — optional, only if you prefer email.
- Vehicle information — year, make, model, type, and details about the glass and damage.
- Anything you type in the message box.
The on-page chat helper runs entirely in your browser with pre-written answers. It does not record, transmit, or store what you type.
This site currently uses no analytics trackers and sets no advertising cookies.
How your information is sent and stored
Submitting the quote form opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app, addressed to gillautoglassyxe@gmail.com — nothing is sent until you press send, and the website itself has no database and keeps no copy. Once you send it, your information lives in our email inbox, which is protected by the account's security controls.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry: preparing your quote, answering your question, scheduling your appointment, and — if you ask us to — processing your SGI glass claim. That's it.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never share it for marketing purposes.
- We don't send newsletters or promotional messages — you hear from us about your quote and your job, nothing else.
If you ask us to handle an SGI glass claim, we share the details needed to process that claim with SGI — that's part of the service you're requesting.
How long we keep it
Quote emails stay in our inbox as ordinary business correspondence. If you'd like yours removed, just ask (see below) and we'll delete it unless we're required to keep a record of completed work for accounting or warranty reasons.
Requesting access or deletion
Email gillautoglassyxe@gmail.com and tell us the name and phone number you used. We'll confirm what we have, correct it, or delete it, and reply when it's done.
