What we aim for
We aim to follow the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines where practical. In plain terms, that means:
- Keyboard navigation: you can move through the menu, the quote form, the chat helper, and every button using only a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are.
- Alt text on images: meaningful images carry text descriptions, and purely decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers so they don't add noise.
- Sufficient colour contrast: text is set to meet AA contrast on our navy, green, and gold palette.

Motion and animation
The 3D glass animation in the header and the scroll effects automatically switch to a static version for visitors who have reduced motion enabled in their device settings. You do not need to do anything on our site; we read that preference from your device and adjust.
